Booking is a breeze and the support team is awesome. Everything goes off without a hitch. The leaders let you know if there’s anything extra you should do in battles, or if there are any mechanics to watch out for. Honestly, you won’t find a better service than this.

Arrived when expected and wrapped up fast. Super happy with it.

Lately, the raid groups have been rough—wiping on bosses over and over, so sometimes it drags on for nearly two hours. The cost is still too high, even though the new season has been out for a while. Every raid lately, there are like 7 or 8 cloth users (including me), and only a handful of Plate, Mail, or Leather folks, which makes it almost impossible for me to get any upgrades. I’ve done three raids back-to-back (that’s 24 bosses total), and didn’t see a single piece of loot drop for me. That’s just not okay. The organizers need to put together better, more balanced groups—like four of each armor type—so everyone has a fair shot at gear, instead of stacking the raid with mostly clothies and leaving the rest of us out in the cold.
